As a Field Technical Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, deployment, and maintenance of micro-mobility devices such as e-scooters and e-bikes. This role is perfect for individuals who are technically skilled and eager to contribute to sustainable transportation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Device Maintenance & Repair:
- Perform regular inspections and repairs on e-scooters and e-bikes.
- Ensure all vehicles meet operational and safety standards before deployment.
Deployment & Collection:
- Strategically deploy devices to high-demand areas.
- Collect, relocate, and charge vehicles as needed.
Operational Support:
- Utilize tracking systems to log maintenance activities and inventory updates.
- Assist in optimizing operational efficiencies.
Customer Service:
- Provide on-site assistance and solutions to customer issues.
- Represent the company professionally in all public interactions.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Adhere to German labor laws and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT/Technical Operations or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering-related discipline (preferred).
- Hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with mobile apps and tracking systems.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Physical & Work Requirements:
- Ability to lift and transport devices up to 25kg.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
