Micromobility 3PL

3PL OPERATIONS FOR SHARED MICROMOBILITY · LIVE IN 5 EU MARKETS

We run the street. You run the P&L.

Overnight swaps, morning deployment, rebalancing, retrieval, field repair. Five EU markets. Per-task or fixed-city contract.

You know what this week looks like.

  • Monday 07:00. 240 vehicles won’t pair. Nobody knows if it’s OS, SIM, or lock.
  • Swap efficiency down QoQ. Nobody can tell you which city.
  • Lisbon: uptime 92% at month one, 74% this week. Nobody owns the answer.
  • Staffing agency just quit in Berlin. You have 96 hours.
  • Municipal SLA says <2 h response. Three strikes this month.

One partner. One invoice. The list above gets shorter every week you work with us.

14 days from signed MSA to first swap on the street.

  1. Day 1–3. Kickoff. Country manager on the ground. We pull your last 30 days of ride and swap data, not a stock heat map.
  2. Day 4–7. Crew hired, vans leased, thermal cases staged. If the city is already live, skip to step 5.
  3. Day 8–11. Shadow run. Your team watches ours work two overnight shifts. You sign off on the route plan.
  4. Day 12–14. Handover. Binny takes the overnight window. Your team keeps morning and real-time.
  5. 08:00 every day after. One email to VP Ops and Finance. Swaps completed, SoC distribution at 06:00, outliers, three streets we’d flag for a route change.

If you want to go faster, we’ve done it in 9 days. If the city is not yet live, add 10 days for permits.

The only numbers that matter.

Stockholm — 90 days

  • Fleet uptime 74% → 92%
  • Repair backlog 210 → 38 vehicles
  • Municipal SLA breaches 4/month → 0

Portugal operator

  • Repair backlog down 45%
  • MTBF up 30%
  • Warehouse throughput doubled

German operator

  • Three cities live, simultaneously
  • First swap on the street within weeks of signing

Active contracts across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Portugal. Names on request, NDA in place.

Four reasons we don’t miss.

Local crews, every city

We hire in the metro. Shift leads are in-market on day one. No imported labor, no language drift.

Per-task or fixed contract

Our fee has a variable component tied to your KPIs. If you lose rides, we lose margin. Incentives aligned.

One invoice

Not a three-vendor patchwork. Swap, deploy, repair, warehouse — one line item on your P&L, one country manager.

Operations logged end-to-end, not in spreadsheets

Every swap, incident, repair, and staff hour logged. API-first — your data stays yours.

Your next Monday doesn’t have to look like last Monday.

30-minute call with a country manager. We read your last 30 days of data. You get a one-page diagnostic. No deck. No follow-up unless you ask.

EU-based · NDA available · No sales team.
