What we do.

We run the overnight window as one operation. Crews are dispatched on routes built from your own ride data. Every battery travels in a temperature-controlled thermal case — we won’t load 40 cells into an uncooled van at 30 °C. Every swap is logged: timestamp, vehicle ID, crew ID, battery ID, SoC in, SoC out. You get one email at 08:00 with what happened, where it happened, and the three streets we’d flag.

How it runs.

  1. 22:00–01:00. Crews load depleted batteries into thermal cases at our bonded warehouse.
  2. 01:00–05:00. Route execution. Every vehicle flagged during the swap (damage, firmware, missing lock) gets a ticket before the crew leaves the street.
  3. 05:00–06:00. Charged batteries returned to warehouse, charging cycle starts.
  4. 06:00 check-in. Any street not within SoC target is escalated to morning deploy team.
  5. 08:00 report. Swap volume, SoC distribution, exceptions, three action items in your inbox.
