DEPLOYMENT · REBALANCING · RETRIEVAL
Multi-city scaling runs on this service layer — see the three-city German launch. Deployment cycles are downstream of the overnight swap cycle.
Dawn demand is a curve, not a schedule.
Morning deploy on your demand data. Live rebalancing during peaks. Retrieval at EOL. Live in five EU markets.
The problem.
- Morning deploy on a fixed grid. Demand is not on a fixed grid.
- Vehicles piling up at transit hubs by 10:00. Nobody on the street rebalancing.
- Retrieval queue growing. Warehouse can’t keep up. EOL vehicles rotting in the street.
- Driver-hours charged by the agency. No line-of-sight on productivity per hour.

What we do.
We deploy, rebalance, and retrieve on your demand curve, not on a fixed schedule. Route plans are rebuilt every night from your last 30 days of ride data. Drivers are dispatched in morning waves matched to your ridership peaks. During the day, we rebalance in real time based on heat-map drift. At EOL, retrieval is queued, warehouse-ready, and processed without backlog.
How it runs.
- 05:00–07:00. Morning deploy. Vehicles placed against your last-30-day demand heat map, not a static grid.
- 07:00–10:00. Peak-hour watch. Rebalance drivers move vehicles from low-demand to high-demand pockets in real time.
- 10:00–18:00. Continuous rebalance on heat-map drift. Exception tickets open for damaged / low-SoC / misplaced units.
- 18:00–22:00. Evening redeploy. Vehicles rotated to transit hubs and nightlife zones.
- Retrieval path. EOL units tagged, queued, and warehouse-handled within 48 hours. No vehicles left on the street past retirement date.
What improves.
| Metric | Before | With Binny (median) |
|---|---|---|
| Fleet uptime (daytime) | 76% | 91% |
| Rides per vehicle per day | 3.1 | 4.6 |
| Retrieval backlog (days) | 18 | 2 |
| Driver-hour productivity | baseline | +35% |
FAQ.
- Do you integrate with our ops OS? Yes. API-first. Your data stays yours.
- Own vans and drivers, or subcontracted? Own. Every vehicle is Binny-leased, every driver Binny-employed or Binny-contracted locally.
- Can you handle mixed e-scooter and e-bike deploys? Yes.
- Permit handling in regulated cities? We work with your regulatory team, not around them.
- Scope? Let’s discuss on the call.
- Onboarding? 14 days from signed MSA. 9 days if already in market.
