30 minutes with a country manager. We read your last 30 days of swap and uptime data. You walk away with a one-page diagnostic on where your field ops are leaking money.

What happens on the call.
- Minute 0–5. You share your fleet size, cities, current swap efficiency, and last 30 days of uptime. NDA signed if required before the call.
- Minute 5–20. We walk through the three biggest operational gaps we see in your numbers, compared against our active-contract portfolio.
- Minute 20–27. If there is fit: we scope what a Binny-run overnight window or repair workflow would look like at your scale. If there is not: we say so, and recommend what would actually help.
- Minute 27–30. Questions. Then a one-page diagnostic emailed to you within 24 hours.
What to send before the call.
- Last 30 days of fleet uptime (p75 is fine)
- Last 30 days of swap counts + swap efficiency
- Current repair backlog, if you track it
- Any municipal SLAs you are operating under
If any of the above are not cleanly extractable, send a screenshot of whatever report you use and we work from there.
Who you talk to.
A country manager from the market closest to yours. Nordic operators: typically Hashim Khawaja (Sweden, Denmark). Germany and Portugal: local country lead. Every call is with an operator, not a salesperson.
