30 minutes with a country manager. We read your last 30 days of swap and uptime data. You walk away with a one-page diagnostic on where your field ops are leaking money.

What happens on the call.

  1. Minute 0–5. You share your fleet size, cities, current swap efficiency, and last 30 days of uptime. NDA signed if required before the call.
  2. Minute 5–20. We walk through the three biggest operational gaps we see in your numbers, compared against our active-contract portfolio.
  3. Minute 20–27. If there is fit: we scope what a Binny-run overnight window or repair workflow would look like at your scale. If there is not: we say so, and recommend what would actually help.
  4. Minute 27–30. Questions. Then a one-page diagnostic emailed to you within 24 hours.

What to send before the call.

  • Last 30 days of fleet uptime (p75 is fine)
  • Last 30 days of swap counts + swap efficiency
  • Current repair backlog, if you track it
  • Any municipal SLAs you are operating under

If any of the above are not cleanly extractable, send a screenshot of whatever report you use and we work from there.

Who you talk to.

A country manager from the market closest to yours. Nordic operators: typically Hashim Khawaja (Sweden, Denmark). Germany and Portugal: local country lead. Every call is with an operator, not a salesperson.
